What’s the Bottom Line?

The tuition and fee rates below are effective beginning  August 1, 2011. All payments are due by the first session of each class unless you purchase a subscription.

Tuition and Rates

Group Class Rates: $15.00 per hour spent in class.

Private Class Rates: $30.00 per hour spent in class.

Enrollment Fee: $5.00 one-time enrollment fee for each class

Payment Options

1. Pay for a class prior to its first session.  In this scenario, a student selects the individual classes in which he or she will enroll (this can be done from the Take A Class webpage).  After selecting the appropriate courses, the student will then see a balance reflected on his or her account in the Student Portal.  The student can submit payment(s) for these courses anytime prior to the first class session via the Student Portal.  If the student is enrolled in two or more different courses, the student will have different financial deadlines for each course.  The student need only submit payment for one class at a time, anytime prior to each class’s start date.

 

2. Pay for a monthly subscription.  Students who anticipate that they will enroll in many courses may find it economical to purchase a subscription (accessible via the Student Portal).  A subscription allows the student to enroll in an unlimited number of courses each month.  A subscription can be purchased for a 3-month period, a 6-month period, or a 12-month period.  Please see below for appropriate costs.  Please note that the student must still enroll in a course prior to its start date and must still pay the $5.00 enrollment fee per course.  A subscription does not allow a student to participate in classes in which he or she is not enrolled.

Books

Please note that the above fees do not include textbooks.  Some courses will necessitate that you purchase a textbook while others will merely recommend it.  When a textbook is required, our instructors try to utilize inexpensive books that are readily available.  Please see the course details for information about a specific course.
